The shipping address entered in your RYUZU order must match the shipping address shown in your PayPal transaction.
We cannot ship to a different address requested by email or message after payment.
If the addresses do not match, we may cancel and refund the order. Please place a new order using the correct shipping address.

Many RYUZU products are made to order by our craftsmen in Japan. Production begins after payment confirmation.

Your order will be shipped after the item has been completed and is ready for delivery.

Silver accessories cannot be shipped to China. Please do not place an order for direct shipment to China.
RYUZU products are also available through a dealer in Hong Kong. Depending on the product or order details, we may recommend purchasing through the local dealer. In some cases, customers in other areas may also be referred to a dealer.

- International orders must be paid via PayPal.
- Direct credit card payments for international orders may be cancelled and refunded.
- The RYUZU order shipping address must match the shipping address shown in the PayPal transaction.
- We cannot change the shipping destination to a different address after payment.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after production has started, except where required by applicable law or where RYUZU determines cancellation is necessary.
- International orders are generally non-returnable, except where required by applicable law or in the case of an error attributable to RYUZU.
- International shipments are sent with tracking and insurance. Shipping accidents, loss or damage will be handled in accordance with the rules and coverage of the shipping carrier and applicable insurance.
- Customs duties, import taxes and other fees that may be charged in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- RYUZU rings are offered in Japanese ring sizes.
